Detailed By laws are in place
All the guidelines prescribed by the applicable Acts are followed meticulously
Accounts/ Balance sheet audited by a CA firm every year
Income Tax returns are filed
Biennial elections are held and office beares are elected in General body meeting of the members

Objectives

To work for the welfare of the members/residents of the PGE
To promote harmony, solidarity and good relations amongst the members
To keep the place clean and pollution free
To extend help to senior citizens
To carry social, educational & recreational activities

Membership Requirements

Apartment owner in the PGE
Application form to be submitted along with photograph and copy of Maintenance bill and first page of sale deed
ID Proof document ( Adhaar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID)
Membership joining fee Rs 600/-
Membership renewal fee Rs 400/-
