Only registered owners of a flat in PGE are eligible for membership.
In case of joint ownership, only the first owner can apply for membership.
For company-owned flats, the head of the company or an authorized person can apply.
Members can contest and vote as per the rules of the Registrar, Uttarakhand.
No member should engage in activities harmful to the society.
Proxy presence is allowed with written permission.
Remote owners can vote via email and send a hard copy of the ballot via post.
NOC issuance does not absolve the owner from any wrongdoing.
One-Time Registration Fee: Rs. 600/-
Annual Renewal Fee: Rs. 400/-
