The Pacific Golf Apartment Owners Association (PGAOA) is a registered community organization dedicated to the welfare, security, and overall well-being of the residents of Pacific Golf Estate (PGE), Kulhan, Dehradun.
Established in August 2020, PGAOA has grown into a trusted body that represents the collective voice of all apartment owners in the estate — built on trust, transparency, and active participation.

Accounts are audited by a CA firm every year, Income Tax returns are filed, and biennial elections are held with office bearers elected in General Body meetings.
The association is governed by an elected Executive Committee that manages day-to-day operations, takes decisions on behalf of the members, and ensures the smooth functioning of the community. The committee is elected democratically every two years.
